I thought Kasich's justification is that he's a secret rump ranger.
As article states....”Trump said Friday that he believes the laws regulating abortion should stay as they are, but he doesn’t disagree with the proposition that abortion is murder.”....
So he’s agreeing then that abortion is murder but will make no effort to change the laws to stop it. Therefore Trump supports the killing of babies.
