Montgomery Blair Sibley was apparently fired by the DC Madam two weeks before her death, which came right before she was to testify. A lot of times, the attorney-client relationship is interfered with in these high-profile cases, especially the good cases..... It puts Sibley’s valid possession of the files in some question, and that is part of the reason for the gag order.
Her death came two weeks after her conviction so not sure about what further testiimony she was supposed to give?
Nor why a court would seal potentially tainted evidence for 8 years after the defendants death
