The article is still on the National Enquirer website, where millions can see it without having to buy the magazine.

Why didn’t he demand it be removed?

As a lawyer he has heard of New York Times v. Sullivan, which effectively makes it impossible for public figures to sue for libel or slander.

He doesn’t sue because he’s whored around on his wife and he’s scared to death one of these bimbos will get spill the beans. His name is also included on the DC madame list. This sex scandal is far from other.
