That's what the pro-abortion argument has devolved to. Notice they've dropped every other non-starter arguments (e.g., lump of tissue, not alive, not “viable”, not a person, etc.). Now its just happenstance of location. Knock out that last, desperate, wobbly pillar, and their worldview collapses.
