Cruz snaring Trump's Arizona delegates
Washington Examiner ^ | 04/04/16 | David M. Drucker

Sen. Ted Cruz is out-hustling Donald Trump and looks set to ensure many Arizona delegates will defect to him in a convention floor fight.

The Texas senator, who ever since Iowa has played a stealthy ground game in contrast to Trump's chaotic populism, is taking steps to snatch the Republican presidential nomination from The Donald at the convention in July.

The New York businessman easily won last month's Arizona primary taking 47 percent to Cruz's 25 percent, scooping up all 58 of the state's delegates. That's nearly 5 percent of the 1,237 Trump needs for the nomination, and they're tied are to him on the first ballot.

But Cruz, exploiting deep opposition to Trump among grassroots Republicans, has been far more active in Arizona than Trump, insiders say. He's recruiting candidates for the available 55 delegate slots, that along with the other three delegate positions filled by party leaders, would be allowed to vote for him in a multi-ballot contested convention.

The democrats are poised to launch these in all 57 states and hamstring Ted the same way they “ Palinized” Sarah ... Paralysis and death by litigation

Lose one file an appeal and launch another from a different angle
Do this by the dozens .... or more
Think there might a democrat judge anywhere in the country to play along?

Rumor has it it’s not Ted’s BC that could be the issue, but his mother’s

“America is dead. They are taking away our vote. How long before our speech? “

Know why? Because they can. Cruz is playing within the rules and Trump has no clue what’s going on. The rules are vague, the game is dirty and lying and cheating has always been part of it.

Trump better wake up and start playing the game or he will wind up with nothing.

[yea go Ted, who has to rely on a contested convention like the establishment, to hell with the voters right ]

Without a majority, Trump has to win a contested convention. That’s how conventions work.

Do you realize your VOTE NO LONGER COUNTS?

The Cruzers, like their man Ted, have no scruples, no principles, no ethics. All they care about is winning and it does not matter how they go about it. If they have to disenfranchise tens of millions of voters to win. So be it. However those tens of millions disenfranchised voters will not be there for Ted in nov.

The GOP going down in flames does not brother the anti-American globalist uniparty one little bit. It is Trump that threatens the uniparty not Hillary, not Cruz.

If the nomination is ‘won’ in this manner, I will write in Trump. It’s a long race. These kinds of machinations may be within the ‘rules’ as they make them but Cruz should know that the long daggers will be out for him at Cleveland as well. And if he loses, he can blame himself.

Judges 14
18 So the men of the city said to him on the seventh day before the sun went down:
“What is sweeter than honey? And what is stronger than a lion?”
And he said to them: “If you had not plowed with my heifer, You would not have solved my riddle!”

19 Then the Spirit of the LORD came upon him mightily, and he went down to Ashkelon and killed thirty of their men, took their apparel, and gave the changes of clothing to those who had explained the riddle. So his anger was aroused, and he went back up to his father’s house.

Trumpy should have run independent in the first place. The only reason he ran as a republican is because he wanted to knock Bush out. Now he can't quit because he's to much emotionally invested in the stupid thing. He won't run third party at this point. He'll just pout for about 6 months and call everyone names on all of the talk shows. And really he'll be happy doing that because he'll get to watch the recorded shows back over and over and hear himself talk over and over.

Maybe at some point he'll run for city council in New York and learn how runoff elections work, and why you can't just pi$$ off everyone in an election.

and we have delegates being [placed who are for the establishment.

To hell with the votes and what the people want.
The establishment changed the rules in 2012 and they are talking about changing them now.

I can tell you for sure here in this swing state and just this morning another couple said this.
They will not vote for cruz or anyone else if this happens to Trump.

You lose this state you lose to Clinton, wake the hell up.

“Well, thwarting the will of the primary voters is the only hope Ted Cruz has. And he certainly has no qualms about trying, or trying most anything for that matter.”

Again, for the umpteenth time, about 65% of the primary voters so far have voted AGAINST Trump. He is NOT getting a majority of the votes. Nobody is “thwarting” the will of a majority of Republican primary voters. If Trump fails to get the majority by earning 1237 delegates, it goes to the convention floor for additional votes. Simple as that.

I hope you Cruzers realize that there’s very little chance the delegates Cruz thinks he’s getting this way are really in his corner rather than in the pocket of the GOPe.

Well, have fun with that for the time being. Once in Cleveland, though, the GOPe will make sure a candidate is selected for us if no one has a clear majority. And it won’t be one of the frontrunners. I’ll buy you a big bottle of BBQ sauce for that crow you’ll be eating.
