This was basically Duke Lacrosse all over again, only with less governmental/political "oomph" behind it (no conniving, politically needy prosecutor trying to create election capital, as in the Duke case).

There are at least three different lawsuits going on, by UVA, the dean involved, and the fraternity, with targets being the woman, Rolling Stone, and Wenner Media, the publisher. May they all be very successful.

UPI, please stop pretending that you are protecting a rape victim here by not publishing her name. Jackie Coakley is not a victim. The people who were damaged by her lies are the victims.
