I gave up on NG in the late 90s. It was tough, I’d had a subscription since the early 70s.
It’s been six months since Rupert Murdock bought NG and I have these hopes that he’ll eventually bring in some management from the 1980s vision of the magazine....going back to geography and culture forum. The issue from the period of Bush’s re-election episode (completely global warming from first page to last page) was the final straw for me.
