“Has to be” vs. “Is”.... is the difference from rumor to fact.
I doubt very highly that the SCOTUS will allow those records to be opened, there are too many big names (means contributors) on that list that would be exposed. For now, we can only assume the names are on such list until proven to be factual.
Depends what the definition of has to be has to be.
