>> But now people here are using the language of the left to attack each other.
First, there’s the attack, then the response follows.
Many of us were having a good ol’ time supporting Trump, but unfortunately petulant paternalism reared its ugly head and demanded a fight.
I think we should all take lessons from this. We can’t get on as high a horse as we think we can.
And the Cruz situation is not an easy one to deal with. He’s the “obviously more Christian” of the front runners, and if by that we mean more inclined to talk about God, we’d be right. Who has done the more godly job with what he has, could be a different question.
I also don’t want to be “led religiously” by an earthly “ruler.” The stories of such things being muffed badly and bringing disrepute on the Cross are legion. The church could have been easily pardoned 1700 years ago, but less so now, for being ignorant about this and getting involved in it. I have more confidence that Donald would want to leave me alone in the religious sphere. Some friends can be worse than enemies.
Sadly in this case I actually have seen it from both Trump and Cruz supporters.
The Kasich supporters I can't speak of because I have yet to meet one here. I am sure they must exist. Or not.
