It wouldn't have mattered. They will always be there because they are everywhere. Hamas, the Taliban, Hezbollah, ISIS, Al Queda, part and parcel of the same thing.

I can’t agree with that. Cockroaches will also always be there, but if you live in a city apartment you can either do nothing and let them infest and overrun it or you can fight like hell and hold them at bay.
Western civilization can either fight Islam or submit to it. What we’ve done in Iraq and the entire Middle East and what we’re doing with our immigration policy is the equivalent of leaving open bags of garbage out in a Manhattan apartment.
