“You’ll have to ask Drudge.”

Good point.

Mr. Drudge, why didn’t you use “The Drudge Report” last year to warn voters about the situation in Colorado while there was still time to challenge the establishment? Why did you decide not to warn voters until it was too late?

The same can be asked of Mr. Trump: Why didn’t you use your big jet airplane last year to fly about and warn voters of the situation in Colorado while there was still time to challenge the establishment . . . I mean, if you wanted to challenge the establishment.

From my understanding, Colorado has had a straw poll, but this election season, the National GOP said that any preference or popular vote resulted in pledged delegates.

Last year they figured Jeb would get this popular vote and so he would get the pledged delegates.

The grass roots Colorado state GOP said “no thanks” and so decided to forgo the straw poll so that delegates could remain uncommitted at the national convention. They cited infrasture issues, but it’s more likely the state GOP wanted no part in coronating Jeb.

So, the national GOP changed the straw poll rule to favor Trump and the state GOP changed their rule to screw him over?

Or, did the national GOP change the straw poll rule to screw Trump and the state GOP changed their rule to favor Trump?

Or, is it more likely that Trump simply didn’t put forth the effort and organization to run an effective campaign?

Since he has suspended his campaign, they needed an insider to be a place holder for the delegates and that turns out to be Cruz, who will control those delegates until the Convention, then, after a few slight of hand tricks, they are slated to go back to Jeb, or maybe Mitt. Cruz will never get to enjoy the delegates at the convention.

Totally clueless. Do you work for the Trump campaign? They are clueless as well.

Trump is a deductive thinker - he begins with the goal and works back from there - no wasted motion - only what contributes to the result.

Except when it comes to Colorado.

It is about the fact that the people of Colorado have been disenfranchised and have not been allowed to have a say in who they want to represent them in the convention.

Pure unadulterated BS.

I wish they had warned us. I wonder why they decided not to warn us back then?

Back in 2002? That's the year that Colorado switched to caucuses.

"We will see the same sort of wild rage and irrational behavior from the local Cruz inhabitants here, always accusing everyone else of behaving as they themselves are conducting themselves, and when the end comes, they’ll all either opus out on their own, or they’ll ride the lightning off into political eternity, never to return.

It will be EPIC."

What a glorious day it will be!

So how did you find out about FreeRepublic?

A young Indian brave had studied all there was to know about becoming a warrior, and he asked the Chief, "I have studied long and hard, and there is only on question unanswered?"

The Chief said "ask the question boy" and the young Indian said "how are we named as we are named?"

The Chief said "when a young one is born, we first look out into nature and name him after what we see, the Swift Bear, the Eagle In Sky, Fierce Cat, so why you want to know, Two Dogs Humping?"

Hes relying on the GOPe to slate loyal party insiders under his name who he knows have no intention of voting for him at the convention.

You are either totally clueless or intentionally lying. Which is it? The Cruz campaign spent weeks in Colorado ensuring that delegates loyal to Cruz defeated GOPe delegates while Trump did nothing. Trump isn't doing anything about delegates in any other state either. So when ballot 2 comes, you will see Cruz's delegates voting Cruz while Trump's delegates defecting. Because they were never for Trump in the first place. And why? Because Trump was too incompetent to involve his campaign in choosing delegates. They just accepted what they were given.
