Trump isn't doing anything about delegates in any other state either. So when ballot 2 comes, you will see Cruz's delegates voting Cruz while Trump's delegates defecting. Because they were never for Trump in the first place. And why? Because Trump was too incompetent to involve his campaign in choosing delegates. They just accepted what they were given.
