No, Nebraska is a progressive GOP plains state.
But New York is a pristine, conservative paradise? Nebraska may not be perfect but their liberals are more conservative than NY "conservatives".
A few weeks ago Trump supporters were saying that there was no where else Cruz could win, except Utah, Wyoming, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, etc.
As it turns out, Trump does best in the east, including the entire south. Cruz does better in the west, with the notable exceptions of Arizona and Nevada.

It’s not east/west. Cruz does best where fewer people vote. Preferably, none at all. LOL.
