Why didn’t Trump complain earlier? Because he didn’t think they would venture to cheat so blatantly.
Simple. The resolution the State GOP issued to deny Trump any delegates made it clear they were not going to change a dam thing. So why let the GOPe and media have ammo to mock with when it would have done no good to complain then?
