First it takes 2 votes by the minority member os a committee to move it out of committee. They could have stopped the bill there and didn’t.
Second it requires EVERYONE agreeing to not read a bill into the record. Just 1 republican could have forced it’s reading. But they were all ORDETED to not oppose it.
Third, there were parts in the bill concerning the NRA and 2nd amendment that was inserted into the bill to get republicans to support the bill. But the agreement was the Femocrats would pass it alone, but the Republicans were guilty.

They didn’t need to vote for it. Please read my first post. Read it sliwly so you can understand what I wrote.
I never said they voted for it, I said they helped it pass and could have stopped it’s passage.
Which is why they haven’t done anything to slow it down or stop it.
