I never said they voted for it, I said they helped it pass and could have stopped it’s passage.

Which is why they haven’t done anything to slow it down or stop it.

Sorry but you are incorrect on that matter, their behavior shows beyond a doubt that they aided in the passage of the HCB and it indicates the why they haven't stopped it at all, in fact funded it till next year.
