People like me are waking up. I voted for Cruz here in VA where he came in a dismal 3rd. Now I can’t stand him.
Whenever he comes on TV or radio I tune somewhere else. Today I was listening to Rush when he played the first few minutes of Cruz’s speech and it was the same boilerplate he was spewing in the debates 2 months ago. Guess I haven’t missed much.
Wake up Cruz people! This stiff is totally unelectable. US elections are more American Idol than they are Constitutional expertise. You may not like that but that’s the way it is. Time to figure it out and deal with it.

Cruz keeps saying he wants to talk about the issues. Everytime I hear him, he’s attacking Trump. I have a feeling his campaign is going to get dirtier as this goes on. Heard a radio ad they put out insinuating that Trump would have sex with his daughter; Cruz and Jeff Roe are running the sleaziest campaign we have seen in many years.

He lied last night on national TV,claimed he is the only one of the remaining 4 that does not support the Iranian nuke deal.
Trump spoke at an anti-nuke deal rally that Cruz also spoke at only minutes apart. Plus I know Ted has heard Trump position at the debates.
But hears the kicker, Cruz not only voted for the Corker Bill he cosponsored it.

After the ball got rolling with taking on Neil (S&L) Bush onto his finance team, and blaming Trump for the Chicago rioters, and having it revealed he supported TPA in committee only to vote against it (for cover) on the floor of the House.
But all that came after his New York values comment.
Expect Cruz and his dirty minions to go full blown rotten on Wednesday or Thursday, they have to somehow bait Trump into a mistake. My guess is he will use a surrogate to attack Ivanka, and hope Trump responds...
We have to suppose that The Donald can take care of himself in this situation. I may note that he has not been complaining, that I’ve heard of.
So you believe a candidate for president must have two American parents to be eligible, yet here you are rooting for an ineligible Cruz.

It’s gotta be the toy thingy. If I ever heard such an inane topic, that should be beneath a presidential debate, that was it. Whether it be the two headed thingy or having intercourse with rodents. My cat eats rodents. No time for amorous play. Martin is 13, and still has mousing skills.
Are you beginning to see that no one's whining ... but that the country agrees that it's dark and slimy? It's possible to look at a leech and say 'hey that thing is brown and gross! And damnit it's sucking my blood! ... and not be whining or complaining, but merely pointing out 'what is.'
I experience Ted Cruz as a leech. I'm not calling him that, or saying he 'is a leech.' I'm merely saying that's how he strikes me. I've allowed myself to look at Trump and say 'OK, is this guy just pure narcissism, totally insincere' ... and no, I don't see that. Definitely big ego, obnoxious at times, annoying - but within the boundaries of normal human being with big ideas, loves his nation, wants the best for it, and is obviously super, super frustrated watching it being torn apart.
But Ted - there is something wrong with that guy - his world does not strike me as much bigger than himself. He appears to me to truly love nothing, which is the same thing. Do you ever open yourself to test that idea on yourself? To consider him under that light? Does it fit? Do you find a little voice in your head ... finding it tough to keep supporting him and defending him? Fine if no ... just a little thought experiment.
Seriously, every interview Cruz had done this past week, every other word out of his mouth has been Trump. Even when the questions have nothing to do with him, Cruz’s only response is, “Well let me tell you about Trump...”
He is like a wounded animal, he must see the writing on the wall that he’s done after April, and is thrashing out in every direction. You can smell desperation on him.
