Being fooled and swayed by ‘astroturfing’ as is clearly described here—is all too common when those of negotiable convictions stoop to support what’s popular, rather than what’s right.
It just might be happening nationally as well, particularly in Open Primary states.

Can't say I'm familiar with this particular issue.
What I do know that the positives that Governor Scott has brought to Florida far outweigh any negatives.
Recall that the democrat candidates he bested were epitomes of everything that is wrong in American politics today, Alex Sink in 2010 and Charlie Crist in 2014.
He's not perfect, but I thank God that this man is Florida's governor, and not them.
