The specific example was C Jenner using the women’s room in Trump tower.
Are we all comfortable with this now?
He’s all over the map on this issue. He thinks NC should be left alone in terms of its laws but would let Bruce Jenner use the little girl’s room. He needs to think this through and get right on the issue. It’s not that difficult. It’s an important women’s issue with the raise of a rape culture throughout the world. There are approximately 3 fake women in the country. The only person speaking clearly on this is the great Germaine Greer.
So glad I have no daughters.
Frankly, this is going to end up being a USSC issue and final decision (at least in our lifetimes). A President will not have much impact on it except to whether the Department of Justice chooses to act or how much it supports or condemns case contentions to come before the USSC.
I’ll tell you my worst fear. It’s the one where Ted Cruz continues with his convention 1st ballot denial strategy and goes full-bore amnesty to get the California Primary Hispanic vote that denies Trump his last pre-convention 1237 mark.
This, and other articles like it are just delaying and damaging forays meant to deny rather than advocate. It is not going to work.. But good luck with all that, anyway.

Again, last fall and into winter I really liked Trump a lot.
I ignored conservative friends telling me he was a misinformed liberal dope who was pandering to our side just to get votes.
The fact he’s not taking a stand on the bathroom bill again reaffirms my decision to switch support from Trump to Ted Cruz.
The bathroom bill is the one line in the sand we need to hold firm on. And the country will support us on this even if “Bruce Springsteen” disapproves.

I suppose it could be worse. He could be pushing to ‘fundamentally transform’ public bathrooms everywhere to cater to the .03 percent of the population at the expense of the 99.97 percent, the vast majority of other Americans.
Then again, maybe he’s just thinking of his own personal ‘bottom line’ incurred costs of having to do that in all of his properties. Whatever works.
So Trump just couldn't stand up for the majority of folks that feel this is sick and twisted to have a guy walking into the ladies bathroom.
Jenner is well known and has his own fledgling program to promote this weirdness so using him as an example sanitizes to topic. Makes it a lil easier to swallow...pardon the pun.

I am surprised that anyone is surprised. You ought to have known that Donald Trump is from New York, and has "New York Values" regarding all things social.
He will govern like a New York Liberal Democrat.
Stop and think. For years, many years, transgenders have been using the bathroom they feel is appropriate.
How often does any organization, company, office require a physical before using the restrooms.
Women or men who look like women use the Women’s bathroom, men or women who look like men use the Men’s bathroom.
Time for this country to get a grip. Unless you think everyone should pass through a scanner to use a public restroom. My guess is that you have shared a public restroom with many transgender people in your life time, totally unaware.

Correct me if I am wrong but transgenders are people that have had surgery to change their anatomy and treatment to change their hormone composition. Thus, Caitlyn Jenner is more anatomically and hormonally a woman.
I think Jenner is a mental case but Trump is the decision maker for Trump Towers which I believe is governed by NYC ordinances.
I would think the question that people here who object would be more correct would be ‘for people that are not transgender, should they be able to use the bathroom of their choice?’.
