Yeah, “discriminatory” because as a businessman he knows that it would cost a lot of money if he had to add new bathrooms.
But he doesn’t think about the little girls going into the little girls room only to find a pervert waiting for them.
He puts the thought of losing his dollar above the safety of little girls.
What a putz.
All they do is change the images on the restroom: figure of man/woman/handicap. That’s what I’ve seen at a recent radiology facility. (Gave me the creeps.)
Perverted acts are already illegal. Any new bathroom policy does not change that.
As Murder and assault are already crimes, you don't need new hate crime laws. Rape is already a crime so new rape laws are not needed.
My personal distaste for the transgendered is the fact that they are so ugly. I cannot understand why any man that feels like a woman would want to settle for being a hideously ugly fake woman.
Having said that, I suspect there are many transgendered that have had their ID changed to female that cannot be distinguished from the genetically real women and use public facilities freely.
A crime is a crime no matter where it occurs. A man can already sneak into a restroom and assault a woman. He can be tried and convicted of the crime. A gender identity law would not stop that from happening.
We need less laws not more. For thousands of years of civilization our humanity has not changed. Only in recent times have some felt the need to redefine common sense.
