It’s a completely absurd picture. That man would be arrested for indecent exposure and probably a dozen other laws if he was snapping pictures.

It isn’t absurd. You are at Disneyland or the beach. You are carrying a camera, or a modern smartphone in the hand. Shutters can be set to silent. You walk into the restroom. Happens all the time. I was for Trump, but he is dead wrong here.

Of course it is an absurd picture, that is the point. People have cell phone cameras, so it’d be much more discrete.... and this is an issue.

When was the last time that you were in a men's room at a store, school, sporting event, etc....when there was a staff member present to enforce whatever rules that existed.....doesn't happen.
