The allegiance of the White Mosque and the
utterly hated GOP (EXEMPT and treasonous)
is ONLY to Islamic countries and NOT the American

Chuck Schumer and John Cornyn authored the bill. I can only surmise from this is the intention to blame the Bush administration and shielding Hillary from the inevitable attack from Trump. “The Clinton foundation gets millions from the Saudis and they were responsible for 9/11.”
