Or did that Congress work us. I was such a big fan of Newt and the boys and look how they turned out, Army, Bonoir, Livingston, Hastert. Yet I hear Clinton's Welfare reform has been pretty much undone and had some big loopholes in it to begin with. And their is J.C.Watts, you could see it in his body language before he left.
