Now I can saunter into the Ladies, complain there are no standup facilities because they are ‘more comfortable’, and if anyone DARE question me, threaten to sue them for discrimination.
I say perfect crime because it is in the same mindset category as the Knockout game.
If the ‘gamer’ is walking straight at you and you can just tell by the look in the eye or body language that you are going to get assaulted - technically you can do NOTHING until you get struck then...
If you get bopped by a knockout gamer and he continues walking away, you ‘technically’ can’t shoot him because ‘the situation is over’, ‘the assailant is leaving the scene (and you Can’t follow him/her with the intention of shooting them)...
In effect it is the perfect crime because it will come down to his word against yours and the 4 or 5 witnesses he has will swear you made the first move (I say 4 or 5 because feral animals that act in this manner are to ChickenShiite to travel alone).
