I'll say this much... the story reminds me of when Mahmoud Ahmadinejad first became president of Iran and photos emerged from the Iran Hostage crisis that had a dead-ringer for him as one of the hostage takers.

It seemed as if our own government wanted to disavow the story so they wouldn't have to deal with the ramifications.

This is completely ridiculous and once again a non-issue. Trump should have let it go. The picture in the stupid rag was from a New Orleans event where LHO was handing out pro-Catro flyers and supposedly Raphael Cruz was standing in the picture. The MSM (and Ted) seems to have taken the approach that Trump personally wrote the article, took the picture himself in 1963, and then placed Raphael at LHO's side in the sniper's nest in Dallas, helping LHO aim the rifle.

Trump was wrong, but Ted protesteth too much.

Facial recognition experts could tell right away if it was Raphael or not. If it IS him, then more questions can be asked, and should be. If it is NOT HIM, who cares?
