Whomever pulled all the FOIA requests on Rafael Cruz did an awesome job and his timeline is very revealing.
Cruz was in the race to stay the course. His plan was to try and unseat as many Trump-won state delegations as possible. The RNC convention would have been a showdown of lawyers working with the rules committee. It likely the police would have been escorting outraged Trump delegates out of Cleveland.
Cruz quit because of his father. The photographic evidence and newspaper clippings on Rafael were leaked April 22. Cruz has never denied that hes the man photographed or that he was engaged in those activities. Those connections are intertwined with his dads flight to Canada, his parents becoming Canadians and his birth as a NBC of Canada.
No jus solis! No jus sanguis!
Research on the Canadian voting process through 1984 indicates unequivocally that both parents had Canadian citizenship and were eligible to vote while Ted was living in Canada.

RE: Cruz quit because of his father.
Nope, Cruz quit because he lost Indiana. It had nothing to do with this Enquirer piece.
RE: The photographic evidence and newspaper clippings on Rafael were leaked April 22. Cruz has never denied that hes the man photographed or that he was engaged in those activities.
Which Cruz? The father or the son?
If you are referring to the son, Cruz denied it, calling it Tabloid trash.
See here:
If you are referring to the father, well, why don’t people or the press ask him directly? One cannot publicly deny something when one is not asked publicly about it.
RE: Those connections are intertwined with his dads flight to Canada, his parents becoming Canadians and his birth as a NBC of Canada.
Cruz’s being NBC or not has to do with the Citizenship of his MOTHER at the time of his birth. We already know that he was born in Canada and his father was still Cuban then.
And yes, there were several suits filed in at least 7 states to disqualify Cruz because of this issue.
ALL the courts of all these states from New Hampshire to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to most recently, New Jersey deemed him eligible.
And oh yeah, I’m still waiting for the National Enquirer’s follow up to their allegations that Cruz had five mistresses.
So far, they have identified two women ( both publicly denying it ( one of them was ironically a spokeswoman for Trump ) ).
What are the names of the other women?
If the Canadian neighbor is correct, Cruz isn’t eligible for the US Senate. Wow.
