This convention is getting better and better by the moment! Without an obligatory need to put these losers on the stage, Manafort and Trump can get some good speakers up their to energize the party even more!!!
Okay, so the GOP nominee who LOST the 2012 Election isn’t going to appear. Good!! Hope the rest of the losers stay home, too!

I still like W., and I am inclined to think this feud or fatwa is mainly driven by Old Man Bush, who simply cannot accept the way the party has changed. That plus fierce family pride at his ‘boy’ being so quickly benched from the playoffs. That plus the angry shame of wasting all those MILLIONS of donor dollars. MILLIONS down the ter-let! These are donors who can never be called again, not even when Jeb’s son George Prescott Bush is ready for his close up down in Texas.
Who cares?
I hope the convention is the best ever, with no acrimony, lots of healing and forgiveness going on, everyone comes together in unity for the sake of the nation. Let the old guard sit back and watch it at home.

Yeah, the bitter neocon/GOPe #NeverTrump crowd is talking about running a 3rd party candidate, and Mitt is one of the names that Medved mentioned.
Medved is a GOPe insider so I don’t doubt that they are serious about trying it.
Good! That makes this convention better than the last one already. Now keep the Bushes, all of them, away and victory is closer.
Trump is cleaning house. Good.
I know they are chatting up a suicidal third party. They are so devastated and destroyed . Many have lost total careers and power over night. I am giddy with schadenfreude.
Next thing we know, the Republican Party will formally disband and some new entity will start up, the convention will be cancelled and the process left in limbo. Trump would then have to organize his own presidential campaign under any banner he chooses. The new entity would have their convention and nominee, and a three-way race would then begin.
I can see no other logical conclusion, parties come and go. This party is about to go. It will split into two parts and those two parts will duke it out for a while. It will hand the election to the Democrats unless they do the same thing which is not inconceivable either.
Four party system? Welcome to Canada.
