Apparently he received a Strongly Worded Phonecall from Chairman Priebus, telling him what to say and think.
That'snot exactly true. There was the one disrupter at the Trump rally a while back who got sucker-punched as he was being escorted out by security. I think there was another similar incident a couple of days before or after that one.
Since Priebus is saying rally around the nominee and Ryan states he won’t support Trump, not sure how that relates.

My take - he’s leaving open hope Trump gets complacent and doesn’t cross the line with 1237.
