Yes; the Clintons.
They laid the foundations for enabling and continuing the Clinton "Dynasty."
It was carefully planned for continuing the construction of the Clinton Criminal enterprises, first through the election of Hillary, continuing, eventually, with the candidacy of Chelsea.
Of course, adjustments had to made on the fly by the unexpected:
The midterm elections of 1994.
The unexpected second term victory of Dubya, in 2004.
Finally, the loss to Obama in 2008 further set the plan back 8 years. To 2016.

Just the random speculation as to whether the age requirement for the vice presidency is identical as that of the presidency.
That, and the coincidence that Chelsea was 35 in 2015.
