Police in New York City have identified the individual behind a mysterious tombstone bearing Donald Trump’s name, a new report says.
Authorities on Monday said Brian A. Whitely, 33, placed the ominous monument in Central Park late last March, according to The New York Times.

If the person is not going to be charged with a crime, why use police resources to determine who did it? (Did whether charges would be pressed depend on who did it, i.e. that there is unequal application of law, i.e. selective enforcement?)
