The U.S. Justice Department is putting the feelings of transgenders -- men who think they are women and women who think they are men -- above the privacy rights of the vast majority of people who don't contest the biological facts of who they actually are.
"And what we must not do, what we must never do, is turn on our neighbors, our family members, our fellow Americans for something that they cannot control and deny what makes them human," Attorney General Loretta Lynch said on Monday.
"[N]one of us can stand by when a state enters the business of legislating identity and insists that a person pretend to be something or someone that they are not."
But Lynch was referring to people who, in fact, are pretending to be something that -- biologically -- they are not. A man "identifying" as a woman is not a biological woman. And likewise, a woman "identifying" as a man is not a biological man. Until now, that is, when the federal government has determined that biological facts matter less than wishes and feelings.
Lynch announced a federal civil rights lawsuit against North Carolina because of the state's new law (HB-2), which requires transgender people in public facilities to use the restrooms consistent with their sex "as noted at birth," rather than the restrooms that fit their "gender identity."
"We are seeking a court order declaring HB-2's restroom restriction impermissibly discriminatory, as well as a statewide bar on its enforcement," Lynch announced. She said the Justice Department also retains the option of "curtailing federal funding to the North Carolina Department of Public Safety and the University of North Carolina as this case proceeds."

It’s easy to determine who is male and who is female. A simple blood test will tell the tale. If you’re gifted with male DNA, then you’re a male; and it doesn’t have anything to do with HOW YOU FEEL.

I don’t see ANY butch women who dress like men who want to go to the men’s room. Ellen is perfectly happy to use the women’s room.
There are men who dress like women who want to go to the men’s room because they’re gay and what they’re after is in the men’s room. They’re called transvestites. What they are, are drag queens. Of course, now the word “transvestite” seems to no longer be in use.
Now there are perverts who will dress like women so they can go to the women’s room and try to see naked women.
There may even be a few straight women who will dress like men so they can go into the men’s room and see what they can see. But I doubt it.
Now the question is why aren’t the republicans fighting this? Could it be because a lot of them have whores who only give them blow jobs and it finally occurred to them that they’re men in drag? And they sure don’t want that out!

We must stop using the word “transgender”. They’re not a transgender until they’ve had it cut off. Until then they’re transvestites, or drag queens, looking for men to pay them for a “monica”.
