Seven billion is a drop in the bucket compared to how much mexico is currently looting the US for.

25% tax on all remittances going into mexico from the US.

%25 TARRIFF on ALL goods being imported into the US from mexico.

If the mexicans refuse to comply, shut the border down completely until they do comply.
