Release them as needed.
We have some big-@$$ black ones up here, they grab the mosquitoes right out of the air.

Well, kudzu was introduced to shade porches and stop erosion in the South... and we all know how well that worked...
Kidding - maybe monster dragonflies can do the job... they’d be better than mosquitoes.
