Years ago, long before the Internet, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) proposed international controls on world media, especially political news.

A simple editorial cartoon pretty well killed it.

It showed three old style typewriters. The first one was normal, representing western news agencies. The second one was wrapped in chains, representing Soviet news. But the third one was smashed to pieces, representing UNESCO permitted news.

Back then, the west told UNESCO to go to hell.

Not only is the UN promoting limitation, censoring and sanctions against expression of criticism against islam, but TPP does similarly to protect citizen speech against government attrocities.
