I doubt that, since it was the damned USSR COMMIES who started the ANC and turned most of the Xhosha tribe stinking Commies. So WHY would the whites want to go there ?

I thought of Russia also. They could bring in productive industrious farmers.
But that would depend on Moscow having enough brains.
