When he finally comes up with an answer, it will be something like this: (1) obviously, the right people were not in charge in Venezuela, not enough Haw-vards and Yaleys running the place, or (2) the Venezuelan government needs to raise more taxes on the rich and middle-class so it can spend more money to eliminate poverty.
