Donald Trump just took the mainstream media to the woodshed.
During a press conference to clear up the confusion around his donations to veterans organizations, Trump went after the mainstream media, but specifically ABC News reporter Tom Llamas.
“I’m not looking for credit,” Trump said of the $5.6 million in donations he has given to various veterans organizations.
“But, what I don’t want is when I raise millions of dollars have people say, like this sleazy guy right over here from ABC,” Trump said pointing Llamas. “He’s a sleaze."
Nonsense. In the Information Age, we all buy ink by the barrel. Trump's mastery of Twitter alone proves that. The media are on the defensive here, and they should be kept that way.

maybe trump can now finally afford to back off and appear (most of the time) “above the fray.”
ideally a VP candidate takes over this kind of duty, especially once it becomes a mop-up operation...

Indeed he would!!! The amazing thing is that these professional liars STILL expect to be taken seriously! They “discredit” THEMSELVES with their own commentary...for example Katie Couric and her gun control fiasco! When Bill raped her, Juanita was a active loyal Democrat and party fundraiser, and owned several nursing homes...there was absolutely NO incentive at ALL for her to make a false accusation!
I hope so also. And we should all be happy for the groups that they have received the money, whether it was due to prompting by the Washington Post or not. False reporting, skewed facts and downright lies are obviously fair game for accusations of bias but holding politicians accountable for their claims of fundraising and spending I don’t have a problem with.

Best not to waste time on reporters few have heard of. Stick with the Dan Rather types long adored by the American citizenry.

I think it’s a little bit worse than the meeting asking unpleasant questions. The media clearly wants to destroy Trump. He has to fight back. He has to make the media an issue.

yes. it is an introductory computer programming error made by whoever wrote the driver for the keyboard. the programmer negleccted to compensate for the keyboard bounce which occurs when the momentary SPST contact switch makes nultiple contacts and completes the circuit. Essentially one human keystroke is interpreted by the software as multiple keystrokes. Ideally there would be a hardare or software hysteresis lopp that prevents this from being passed to the opeating system keystroke input silo. It is a simple and well known engineering problem with simple and well known engineering fixes, but hp has been on the decline since long ago in engineering quality...
