How else would he arrive at Ft Marcy Park rolled up in a rug, with a blood trail on his chin running up hill, an untraceable pistol in his weak hand, and a totally botched autopsy and investigation - including most of the photos "accidentally" destroyed and his office ransacked and looted of evidence for two days before the police even got permission to search it?

Any thoughts on this one? My thought is that even though the assumption of suicide doesn’t fit the facts, as you know, the FBI agents’ allegation is important because it could be used to establish motive: “Indeed, Hillary went so far as to blame Foster for all the Clintons’ problems and accuse him of failing them, according to Clemente, who was also assigned by the FBI to the Starr investigation and who probed the circumstances surrounding Foster’s suicide.”
