Some vague recollection of this...is the witness alive today?

I guess they thought the testimony was necessary to bring forward!! Not and live to tell it!

Is he still alive? I thought I read he was and living in CA but there are more than one by that name plus now I can't easily find where I read it. In 2001 an appeal by him of some kind was refused. There might be a story supporting a coverup in that case. The witness' name was Patrick Knowlton. He stopped in the park that day.
