I love how guys who spend their days passing laws that violate the Constitution declare Trump’s Muslim immigration proposal unconstitutional, even though there clearly is precedent that it would indeed be constitutional.

The US government has full authority to regulate immigration by statute. They can set any restrictions they like. Who hasn’t heard of the process at Ellis Island where immigrants were given health tests and some were rejected and sent back? President Jimmy Carter banned all Iranians during the hostage crisis. Do you believe Japanese and German citizens were allowed into the country during WWII without a waiver?
It is not a constitutional matter.
It is amazing to me that these idiots think the constitution applies to people who are not even in the country.
