Is ALLEGHENY COLLEGE the same school as CCAC, Community College of Allegheny County?

No it is not Allegheny Community College.
The school in question, Allegheny College, is located near Erie, PA. It is a highly rated college, and of the nation’s oldest, founded 1815.
They have been giving out this dopey “civility award” to high profile politicians in order to get publicity. Like this year, the recipients are usually seasoned politicos and insiders, so as to avoid controversy.
