All of the clients have to sign waivers of conflicts of interest and the waiver requires full advisement of the conflicts. The attorney has to keep them aprised of potential conflicts as they arise. It’s not per se illegal or unethical, but with four defendants its an ethical minefield that I’d never walk into. But the fee from Hillary must be enormous. Enough to set up Wilkinson for life if she never has another client.

If there IS an indictment however, then I'd say she's definitely out and they will have to get some high powered white collar criminal defense attorneys.
