We've been told to look for racism everywhere these days, so I'm just asking the question.

Ya know...I'm 72 and from Upstate NY. All my life I've eaten watermelon and NEVER connected it to blacks until we got into this administration which sees racism at every turn and every word...but disregards reverse racism.
Never connected the confederate flag as racist either. They were citizens just like the Northern Army. Their dead is no different than our dead.

Blacks tend to live in mostly Black neighborhoods
Whites tend to live in mostly White neighborhoods?
Gays tend to live in mostly Gay neighborhoods.

I judge all folks by the “content of their character” but if you ever refer to me as a racist because I may simply disagree with you ,, who has chosen to become the racial divider here ??? It’s so easy to end the conversation by just merely using one word and now some who can’t defend their position have learned to launch that single word to end the debate . I will subject myself to fear one word commonly misused by minority racist .
