The Right to Keep and Bear Arms is actually one of the Natural Rights of Man.

The Second Amendment prevents the gruberment from abridging that Natural Right.

No, but she can appoint SCOTUS judges who can gut it.

The 9th CCoA ruled 7-4 today there is no concealed carry in the 2A.
