It would be on the same level as criticizing marriage to nine year old girls.
Muhammad did it, and set the example approved by Allah.
If a so-called Muslim can't accept slavery and marriage to nine year olds and chopping off heads of us Kafirs and heretics and apostates, I believe they should leave the religion and not waste their time trying to change it.
