To: Paine in the Neck

“Casey understands the depth to which Venezuela has fallen–he lives in Caracas!–but he can’t bring himself to offer an honest diagnosis.”

Casey wants to keep his cushy job as a reporter for the New York Times. Therefore he will always be a mouthpiece for the progressive narrative instead of reporting the truth.

I wonder if there is a journalism school in America teaching “who, what, when, where, why”. There certainly isn’t a media outlet of any type separating reporting from editorial (i.e. propaganda).

I wonder if there is a journalism school in America teaching “who, what, when, where, why”.

That was formulated back when reporting was a trade, before it morphed into the profession of journalism and became an arm of the Gramscian project.
