We need more information on the immigration history and status of the father. How did he get into the country and what is his current status? Green card holder? Citizen?

The father must have entered the country long before Hillary was in the State Department. His son, born in the US, is 29 years old. He could have entered under the Reagan or Bush 41 administrations.
