The 13th Amd posibly provides the only exception and that is those subject to involuntary servitude (prisoners) because involuntary servitude can be construed to mean any actioins or conditions of the servitudee.

I actually think the best way to convert anti-gunners is to let them take a 1 day NRA handgun safety course which includes firing a handgun on a range.
Once people become familiar—even a little bit—with handguns their fear goes away.

Always glad to defer to an EXPERT (drip under pressure?) I too have been accused of being obsolete for almost 75 years but although I may be stupid I do see the point of my comment which is that the bullet fired in most AR 15's is about the size of a 22 LR, but has a lot more velocity.
