Donald Trump reaffirmed his stance on restricting individuals on the terror watch list from being able to purchase firearms, despite Republican objections.
"We have to make sure that people that are terrorists or have even an inclination toward terrorism cannot buy weapons, guns," Trump told ABC's White House Correspondent Jonathan Karl in an interview that will air Sunday on "This Week."

I think I'm beginning to understand.....If you support Senator Cruz, truth is irrelevant.
You might be a terrorist if any of the following apply,
1. you won’t bake a cake for a gay wedding
2. you don’t believe in global warming
3. you drive an suv
4. you eat meat
5. you believe in Jesus
6. you own a gun and you don’t hunt with it or aren’t required to have it for your job
7. you refer to undocumented immigrants as illegals
8. you think taxes are too high
9. you think you have individual rights that can’t be usurped without due process
10.you believe in a right to life

Cruz is back in Texas and is no threat to Trump at all.
Why is a US citizen even on the No Fly list in the first place? Shouldn’t this be for terrorists, illegal aliens, and anyone we do not want coming to American? Americans? Charge them with a crime if there is a crime to address.

I’m guessing you never read the short story. In it, Anderton has read the three reports.. The initial report of the murder of Kaplan, the second report where he runs and Kaplan uses the false prediction to overthrow the government and institute martial law, and the third where he kills Kaplan to prevent that from happening.
The story was much less a warning and more about choosing the lesser of two evils. Anderton decided that killing a man and himself and his family being exiled off planet was better than Kaplan’s authoritarian future.
The better connection is the secret enemies lists of Hoover. This is just a new variation on a very old system, and one I’m sure the Dixie Mafia will judiciously use should Bill Clinton get a third term as president.

Seems to me the state can’t even get profiling and border security right, which seem pretty common sense to me. Lets see them act like they really care about the safety of citizens for a while before we give them the benefit of the doubt to use secret lists to restrict guns, in my opinion.
Trump should know this, it’s not that hard.

It’s not the fact that Cruz admitted to giving zero to his home church; It’s the fact that he lied about why he gave zero. That is the biggest issue.

The bill in question is the Cornyn Bill, which places everybody on the “no-fly” list on the “no-buy” list.
The NRA opposes the bill. As does the FBI.
