Still... that’s one heck of a “psychotic episode” to for a 20 year old Brit guy(kid) to hop on a plane to the US, stop at some Vegas firing range for a crash course in firearms usage, then try to disarm an experienced LEO twice his size, from the front, by attempting to distract him by asking for his autograph....
I’m still not fully convinced this was just some random psychotic episode. I’d like to know the intimate details about this guy’s life in Britain.
Here’s the story about him supposedly learning to shoot:
“During a hearing last September, a court heard that Sandford entered the US illegally and drove from San Bernardino, California, to the Treasure Island Casino in Las Vegas to kill Mr Trump.
“Sandford allegedly took shooting lessons in the city the day before the rally. His lawyers said he suffered from mental illness and was in the middle of a psychotic episode at the time of the incident.”
